Self Introduction
皆さんはじめまして。
マツナガシュンスケと申します。
まずは、簡単に自己紹介をさせてください。
私は、2018年10月頃から、いわゆる「ストリートフォト」を撮り始めました。
それまで漫然としたサラリーマン生活を送っていたのですが、ふと「人生このままで良いのだろうか？」という漠然とした不安を感じるようになり、次第に、「自分で何かを生み出したい」と思うようになりました。
前からアートに興味はあったのですが、絵や音楽は練習に相当な時間がかかりそう。
そんなとき、「写真ならカメラさえあればすぐに始められるのではないか？」と思い立ち、早速カメラを購入します。
（カメラについてはまた次回ご紹介したいと思います。）

Let me quickly introduce myself;
I started taking so-called “street photography” in October, 2018.
Up until then I had been spending a peaceful, but rather vague life as a saraley-man, but gradually started to feel a desire to “create” something by myself from an ambiguous anxiousness of doing the same thing for the whole life.
I’d long been interested in art, but painting or playing musical instruments takes too much time for practice - but if it is photography, I thought, all I need is a single camera and I am good to go! - that's how I grabbed my very first camera and started taking photos.
ストリートフォトとの出会い
The Encounter with Street Photography
最初は、風景や街並みを撮っていたのですが、色々調べるうちに、Void Tokyoの存在を知り、衝撃を受けました。
初めてストリートフォトというものの存在を知り、「格好いい！これだ！」と思いました。
それから、他の色々なストリート写真家についても調べ、実際に自分でもストリートで撮り始めました。
それ以来、ストリートフォトの魅力にどっぷりハマってしまい、ヒマさえあればストリートで写真を撮り続けています。
First I started taking photos of scenery and city view, but the encounter with a street photography group, “Void Tokyo” was the milestone- it was my first time recognizing the genre called “street photography” and thought, “So cool, that’s it!” And as I do some research on street photographers and take photos on the street, I came to be attracted to street photography more and more. And now, I take photos anytime when I have a bit of free time.

Sharing the Beauty and Knowledge of Street Photography
私は、これまで写真の学校やワークショップに通ったこともなければ、アート関係の仕事をしているわけでもありません。
普通の会社員です。
でも、実際にストリートフォトを始めてみて、新たな世界に触れ、尊敬できる写真家の方々とも出会いました。
そして今、縁あってFRAME TOKYOのメンバーとしても活動しています。 このブログでは、そんな自分の世界を広げてくれたストリートフォトの魅力を発信できたらと思っています。
また、私自身、写真について勉強中の身ですので、私が日々学んだり試行錯誤していることも、シェアしていければと思っています。

Although I did not go to a photography school or work in the industry related to art, I am now active as a member of FRAME TOKYO.
In this blog, I’d like to share what is very interesting about street photography, which has expanded my world and broadened my perspective.
Also since I am still studying, I am excited to share what I've been learning and struggling while taking photos.
