Born in Mexico City, the artist works across photography, stop-motion animation, film, and video. After first studying photography in high school, the artist expanded into music, animation, experimental film, and video before returning to still photography as a primary form of expression.
Working mainly in street photography, the artist is interested in photographs as fragments of time and traces of memory. Through careful observation, the work seeks to reveal the beauty found in ordinary moments and the unexpected scenes that emerge for those willing to slow down and look.
