Biography
Patrizio Vailati Facchini is an Italian photographer and architect whose work explores the relationship between people, space, and collective behaviour. After working in cultural heritage conservation, he left the profession to undertake an extended journey across East Asia, using photography to investigate how places are experienced and inhabited through everyday rituals, movement, and rhythm.
His practice combines documentary observation with a deep interest in urban systems, focusing on the subtle interactions between human presence and the environments people inhabit.
